SSB INTERVIEWS TRAINING

SSB Interviews Training for NDA, CDS, AFCAT, TES, UES, TGC, ACC, SCC, PC(SL),CW, SD, HET, F(P), GDOC, JAG and NCC C certificate candidates for all wings. Online registration not compulsory (but preferred). Admission on first come first served basis. 
 
Services Selection Board (SSB) processes the candidates through projective tests, interviews and group situation tests in order to determine their suitability as potential defense officers.
The Training and Development at “Uttam Career institute” is designed to bring the best out of a candidate. Our coaching is scientifically designed to explore individual’s capability in 4 phases
At the end of PHASE IV the candidate becomes “Unconsciously Competent” to face the SSB and his performance will be spontaneous & natural.

SSB Procedures:

 

Stage I	Day 1 : Screening Test IQ Test – Verbal and Non verbal Picture Perception & Description Test / Discussion  Note: Candidates qualifying Stage I will continue to undergo Stage II others will be returned on this day.
Stage II	Day 2 :Psychological Test Thematic Apperception Test (TAT) Word Association Test (WAT) Situation Reaction Test (SRT) Self Description Test Day 3 : Group Testing Officer’s (GTO) tests & Interviews of candidates Group Discussion Lecturette Group Planning Exercise Progressive Group Test Group Obstacles Race Half Group Task Day 4 : Group Testing Officer – Tests & interviews of candidates Individual Obstacles Command Task Group Task Day 5 : Conference and declaration of results
Stage III	Medical Test for successful candidates from Stage II (next 2 to 3 day)

 

Pilot Aptitude Battery Test (PABT)

Pilot Aptitude Battery Test is an aptitude test designed and conducted for all those candidates who aspire and apply for a flying career in the Air Force. The main aim is to test the mental alertness, presence of mind and self-confidence of the candidate. It checks whether a prospective candidate has proper control over his nerves while he is flying an aircraft. For this, the candidate is put through tests including meter reading, flying test and drum test. You can take the test only once.
“Uttam Career Institute” Training Academy has Computerized system for training Air Force candidates in pilot aptitude Battery Test conducted at all Air Force-SSB’s.
This Training consists of:

• Meter reading in respect of Flight details.
• Machine testing involving light control and alignment.
