Cancellation policy and refund

We believe in helping our customers as far as possible, our liberal cancelation policy deals with circumstances listed below:
  • Under this policy: Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order.
  • If you are, for any reason, not received your access to the documents / system / late delivery (only you notified before that no need of purchase after due date), then you can communicate with us for refund.
  • To request a refund, simply contact us with your service details within 24 hours of your registration.
In case of any technical issue found in online payment during purchase of test series, such as
  • During the online payment through credit/debit card if the payment gets debited and the internet goes down due to some external server malfunction or any other similar happening.
  • The system fails to generate the required acknowledgment due to internet malfunction.
  • The payment gets deducted from the payer�s account and does not reach the institute�s account or payment gets debited twice due to server error.
  • In Any Cause payment gets deducted from the payer�s account twice & reach in the institute�s account so institute is responsible to get back that additional amount to his/her account with in next 7 to 10 working days.
If the amount is credited into our account, the refund policy will be applicable as per the institute norms. Other wise you have to contact your payment making bank. In case of a refund we will be transferring the amount via bank transfer to the candidate.
In case we receive a cancelation notice from student within 24 hours of registration date we will be happy to cancel 80% of the registration amount.
We would be sorry to cancel and refund the payment after 24 hours
After successfully payment studentwill get confirmation mail or messages from merchant.
